Join Travel to Transform June 4-15, 2027 for an immersive journey through Kenya that brings together vibrant city life, wildlife, history, and the beauty of the East African coast. We’ll begin in Nairobi, exploring the city and creating opportunities to better understand Kenya’s contemporary history, including the impact and legacy of the 2007–2008 post-election violence and the ongoing work of reconciliation and healing.

From Nairobi, we’ll journey into the Masai Mara for an unforgettable safari experience, connecting with Kenya’s incredible landscapes and wildlife while learning about the people and communities who call the region home. This experience is designed to go beyond traditional tourism, creating opportunities to reflect on Kenya’s history, culture, and contemporary realities.

Our journey will end on the East African coast, where we’ll explore the region’s connections to the Indian Ocean slave trade and the movement of people, goods, and cultures across East Africa and the wider Indian Ocean world. And there will be plenty of time to experience another side of coastal Kenya, from white-sand beaches and turquoise waters to snorkeling and swimming with dolphins.
